I Can See Me In Your Eyes

Sometimes I think life would be much easier if I could just wear a black roll neck jumper all the time. I know that sounds terribly boring, but I kind of live in this one from Topshop and it goes with basically all of my skirts so.... yeah! I really love teaming high neck tops with  patterned A-line skirts for a sixties inspired look. However, I feel a bit like I just wear a variation of this same outfit all the time, so 2015 will be the year that I mix it up, even if it's only a little bit!

Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend!

Wishing: ASOS Novelty Bags

I am in love with these ASOS novelty bags. I need them all! I usually invest in a simple block colour bag to carry me through the seasons, or sometimes I just stick to using my old vintage bags. However, I'm definitely going to order at least one of these as soon as possible! These bags are such a quick and simple way to add fun and interest to any outfit. I think the peach one pictured below is particularly cute and will look really good in Summer! However, knowing me, I'll probably order the cat purse first...

What do you think of the novelty bag trend? Let me know in the comments below!

Classic Trench

This is such a classic outfit and I absolutely love it. I was a bit worried that the coat might be too long for me but I actually quite like it on. I found it in the Primark sale for only £10, so how could I resist? I am SO ready to pack away my winter coats, so this works as a nice alternative for Spring.

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend so far! I'm making the most of my two days off before I'm back in class on Monday, you know, by doing absolutely nothing... and it feels gooood.

♡ Soppy ♡

Hello there! Sorry things have been a little quiet here lately, I have a backlog of outfit posts to share with you and I'm hoping to start this weekend! Valentine's Day is also this weekend, and while I'm not really into the day itself, I'm definitely a romantic at heart. For Christmas, my boyfriend got me this adorable comic book by Philippa Rice. I think it's the nicest thing ever and I swear I flip through it almost every day! I just love the cute illustrations and I really like the simple colour palette. I think it would make a really, really nice Valentine's Day gift too.

Anyway, just a short little post from me this evening. I hope you're all having a lovely week so far!

Wishing: Denim

Denim Wishing

Denim Wishing by astitchtowear featuring black shorts

I'm obsessed with denim at the moment. I mean, I've always loved skinny jeans and denim dresses, but these days I feel like I want almost every piece in my wardrobe to be made of it. Perhaps it's the 70's fashion revival that's inspiring me, however I'm pretty sure it's Alexa Chung's recent collaboration with AG jeans that has me this way. Or perhaps it's Kanye West. All I know is that I really, really want that skirt but I can't afford it on my student budget and it's totally breaking my heart.

I compiled a little wish list of just a few of the pieces I have been loving this season. What are some of your favourites? You can find all the links to mine here:

1. The Julie Pintucked Denim Mini Dress
2. Topshop MOTO Black Ripped Mom Shorts
3. Topshop MOTO Loose Fit Shirt
4. The Kety Denim Mini Skirt
5. Topshop MOTO Vintage Mom Shorts
6. Topshop MOTO Washed Ripped Black Joni Jeans

I hope you're all having a great week so far!
